PT KSEI, YFMG, and Komoy Indonesia Share at SD GMIT Nusa, Teachers and Students Enthusiastic

Posted on 14 Feb 2025 (Friday.) 11:24 WIB

TIMOR TENGAH SELATAN, ARAHKITA.COM – PT KSEI (Indonesia Central Securities Depository), Yayasan Felix Maria Go (YFMG), and Komoy Indonesia continue their CSR program. Today, representatives from PT KSEI, YFMG, and Komoy Indonesia shared milk, biscuits, and nutritious food for free at SD GMIT Nusa located in the Amanuban Barat subdistrict, Timor Tengah Selatan, East Nusa Tenggara.

The sharing activity, which started in January, has targeted various schools in East Nusa Tenggara. The distribution of milk, biscuits, and nutritious food is expected to improve the nutrition of the students. This is especially important as the stunting rate in East Nusa Tenggara is higher than the national prevalence.

“Today, we are sharing with 125 students at SD GMIT Nusa in Amanuban Barat. We distributed milk, biscuits, and nutritious food,” said Richard Go via phone on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.

The team hopes that their activities will inspire similar initiatives in the future. Fransiscus Go, the Chairman of YFMG, reaffirmed YFMG's commitment to continue supporting various programs in the fields of health, education, and developing MSME actors in NTT. YFMG has been established for over a decade and has initiated several programs aimed at improving the quality of life for the people of NTT.

“We hope our efforts can contribute to reducing the stunting rate in NTT. Furthermore, our target today is schoolchildren who are the future generation. Their education and health quality are key to the success of future development,” said Fransiscus Go.

In addition to distributing milk, biscuits, and nutritious food, Komoy Indonesia also donated two copies of the comic for the school's library archive. Komoy Indonesia is also committed to spreading the spirit of pursuing education through the books it produces.

“The teachers and students were very enthusiastic about today’s event. As before, we also provided the comic Komoy Sang Juara produced by Komoy Indonesia. This comic was symbolically presented to the Headmaster, Benyamin Tafuli, S.Pd., to add to the library collection. We hope that the children will be even more enthusiastic in continuing their education to the highest level,” concluded Richard Go.
